Job Description:
Under general management, this position is responsible for all aspects of physical sign production. Sign assembly includes preparing substrates and using the proper machines and techniques to build products according to written instructions.

Responsibilities:

Follow a design to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphic images on a predetermined substrate or medium.
Prepare substrates for vinyl application. This can include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and maintaining substrates for vinyl application.
Operate and maintain printers.
Perform finishing operations, such as laminating, encapsulating, and/or assembling printed parts.
Help unload and store raw materials; Clean and maintain storage areas.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Serve as a backup for the graphic designer as needed.
Serve as a backup to answer the phone if sales/service employees are busy serving other customers.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in sign production
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
Knowledge of graphic design
Ability to organize your work, handle multiple tasks at once, and work independently.
Ability to work under pressure and produce high-volume, quality work.
