What will you be doing?
Your main focus will be to generate new business and take every opportunity to execution.
- Actively prospect B2B customers, visits, calls, networking
- Develop your own client portfolio and maintain a steady pipeline
- Identify business opportunities and propose signage solutions
- Lifting measurements on site and gathering key information
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations
- Follow up consistently until close
- Coordinate with design, production and installation
- Handle multiple projects at different stages
- Meet and exceed sales goals

Key requirements
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience with a focus on prospecting
- Bilingual, Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
- Experience prospecting new customers, not just existing accounts
- Managing sales goals or quotas
- Valid car and driver's license
Experience that adds a lot
- Construction, printing, physical solutions for commercial spaces or technical sales
- Survey of measurements in the field
- Project coordination with internal teams
Abilities
- Organization and management of multiple opportunities
- Clear communication and consultative approach
- Basic management of CRM and digital tools
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Docs, Sheets, Drive
- Ability to quickly learn about materials and solutions
